Shipping & Duties

  • Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Studio Revie is not responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply to your order. 

    For orders shipped outside of Australia, we recommend checking with your local customs office or postal service to understand any potential charges before your purchase. 

    US Customers: Shipping prices already include the 10% tariff fee, so no additional tariff will be charged upon delivery.

  • Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. For delivery estimates and options, see our Shipping Policy page.

  • We ship all orders via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping Policy‍ page. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit. For assistance, visit our Contact page.

Returns & Refunds

  • We’re so sorry! We double-check every piece before it leaves our studio, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us at studiorevie.au@gmail.com or visit our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos or a short video of the damage and your order number. For full return details, please see our Refund Policy page.

  • Orders are processed quickly, but if your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible. 

Jewellery Care

  • Studio Revie jewellery is made from high-quality stainless steel, which is generally safe for most skin types and resistant to tarnishing. However, everyone’s skin is different, and some people may still experience sensitivities. We don’t label our pieces as “hypoallergenic,” but we provide detailed information about our materials so you can make an informed decision that’s right for you.

  • While silver stainless steel and PVD gold plated stainless steel are designed to be long-lasting, all jewellery can experience normal wear and tear over time. Factors like exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and sweat can affect how your jewellery looks and lasts.

    Please note: Studio Revie is not responsible for wear and tear after purchase, so it’s highly recommended that you follow our jewellery care guide to keep your pieces looking their best for as long as possible.

    Our 18K gold plated stainless steel and PVD gold plated stainless steel pieces require extra care compared to silver stainless steel, so following the care tips on our  Jewellery Care page is especially important for these pieces. Refer to our page for guidance on cleaning, storage, and handling. 

  • Our silver pieces are made from 304 stainless steel, a strong, durable metal that is perfect for everyday jewellery.

    Stainless steel is made by combining iron with other elements like chromium, which forms a protective layer on the surface. This layer helps the metal resist rust, tarnish, and corrosion, making it long-lasting and low-maintenance.

    Because of its durability, stainless steel holds its shape, resists scratches, and keeps its shine even with regular wear, making it ideal for jewellery you can enjoy every day.

  • Each order is thoughtfully packaged in either a sleek black dust bag or a mini Studio Revie gift box. Packaging is determined by the necklace style—our choker designs, for example, are best suited to our dust bags. Additional gift boxes may be purchased to elevate your gifting experience.
